I’m not a public intellectual, but I play one on Zoom! On April 24, I get to take part in a discussion that “will explore and assess the work of academics who responded to the Trump years by writing commentary and opinion pieces for public audiences. The conference will examine the motives that led scholars to take on this role in their work, reflect on the work they have done, and discuss what they might do in the near future.”
